Petr is an experienced executive in turnarounds, restructuring, operations and finance, currently serving as CEO at Topfer, GmbH, where he drives business stabilization, operational optimization and cost-efficiency initiatives. Previously, as Restructuring Manager at VIPAP VIDEM Krško in Slovenia, he led €34 million debt restructuring, steering company out of insolvency back to stable operations. Petr has also served as CEO of VVK GmbH in Austria, overseeing product distribution and raw material procurement across the EU and MENA regions, leading to a successful divestiture. Earlier in his career, Petr held a senior management role at the International Project and Investment Development Corporation, managing large-scale investment projects in CEE and CIS, and establishing a distressed M&A practice. His career foundation includes roles in banking, Big 4 audit, and leadership in various sectors, making him a key asset in navigating complex financial and operational challenges.
