Vladimír serves as the Chief Financial Officer at TPAG, where he provides strategic oversight for the group’s entire financial agenda, including treasury, accounting, taxation, and corporate restructuring. With over 25 years of experience in senior financial leadership, he brings a profound level of expertise in economic strategy, controlling, and international reporting standards to the team.
Prior to joining TPAG, Vladimír spent nearly a decade as the Group CFO at VERMONT, a major premium fashion retailer and wholesaler operating across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. As a key member of the executive team, he was instrumental in evolving the company from a family-run business into a highly professional, internationally benchmarked enterprise—a transformation that set a new standard for global fashion brands.
His extensive track record also includes significant leadership roles within the pharmaceutical sector. Vladimír served as the CFO for Dr. Max in Slovakia and spent two years at the Celesio AG headquarters in Stuttgart as a Corporate Controller. His earlier career was forged in the audit department at KPMG, providing him with a rigorous foundation in financial integrity and compliance.
Vladimír holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics at the Technical University of Liberec. His unique blend of "Big Four" discipline and hands-on executive experience makes him a vital asset to TPAG and a trusted partner for our business partners.
