Tom Procházka

Tom is a Managing Director at TPAG with a strong foundation in finance and management. His career spans over several high-profile roles, including an interim CEO and Chief Investment Officer in a real-estate development group, Member of the Investment Committee at various private credit funds, and a Founder/CEO at various ventures, most prominently at EUDI, a technological startup providing advanced Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising solutions to underground transportation systems. Tom also served as Manager in Corporate Finance at Deloitte and as a Visiting Associate at Goldman Sachs. In his short career, Tom led numerous successful transactions and played a pivotal role in restructuring businesses, overseeing divestitures, and managing development projects in commercial real estate and infrastructure. A Harvard University graduate in Economics and Finance, Tom was also deeply involved in research, particularly in capital markets and M&A, further solidifying his expertise in these areas.
