Tomáš Ferenčák

Tomáš is an Investment Manager at TPAG, where he focuses on identifying and executing investment opportunities across private equity, real estate, and special situations. Prior to joining TPAG, he worked at Deloitte in Prague as a Manager in the M&A Transaction Services team. There, he advised both corporate and private equity clients on numerous complex transactions, primarily in the retail, telco, defense, or gaming sectors. His experience spans financial due diligence, buy-side advisory, and business valuation, giving him a comprehensive view of the transaction lifecycle. He holds a degree in International Business from the University of Economics in Prague and also spent one of his academic years in Kansas, USA, gaining valuable international exposure. He has also successfully passed CFA Level I and II. At TPAG, Tomáš leverages his transactional and analytical expertise to support investment analysis, value creation strategies, and execution across the group’s portfolio.
