Direct Lending

Direct Lending provides bespoke senior and subordinated debt financing solutions to privately-owned businesses, real estate development projects, and acquisition opportunities within the private equity and real estate sectors.

Our focus spans the European lower mid-market and mid-market segments, where we offer flexible, tailored financing to support growth, expansion, and value creation across a diverse range of industries and asset classes.

Target Size

We focus on small to mid-cap private equity investments between 2 to 20 million EUR.

Industries

Our primary interest lies in traditional industries that offer higher added value and higher margins.

Geography

We primarily invest in businesses located in the CEE region with a main focus on companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Value Creation

We seek targets where we have clear visibility on how we can add value, either by increasing revenues or improving margins.

Turnaround/Distressed Acquisitions

We specialize in turnaround and distressed acquisition opportunities, applying our expertise to revive and grow these businesses.

Private credit

We offer private credit solutions tailored primarily for the real estate sector, providing flexible financing to support property acquisitions and refinancing needs.

A leading provider of advanced LED technology, this portfolio company delivers high-performance digital displays for OOH advertising, entertainment, and architectural applications. Its solutions power billboards, transit media, sports venues, event spaces, and dynamic building facades, combining cutting-edge imaging, energy efficiency, and durability to transform urban landscapes and enhance brand impact.

EUDI

EUDI is a leading provider of dynamic and high-impact media spaces in the OOH advertising sector, specializing in transportation networks. By integrating modern digital displays and strategic placements, EUDI enhances brand visibility in high-traffic transit hubs, creating engaging advertising experiences that maximize audience reach and impact.

Topfer

Töpfer GmbH, established in 1911, specializes in organic baby food and natural cosmetics, offering products such as infant formula, baby cereals, and baby skincare items. Based in Dietmannsried, Germany, the company emphasizes sustainability, using organic ingredients sourced locally from the Allgäu region. Known for its premium quality and trusted by parents for over a century.

Pilulka

Providing a structured financing package to Rohlik group, a leading online grocery delivery service in Europe, in preparation for its acquisition of Pilulka, a leading pharmacy retailer operating in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
